Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We are using Cisco Room Series in our large conference rooms like 16 & 21 pax. It allows us to join meetings across multiple platforms like WebEx, Zoom, Teams using native & CVI. Cisco Room Series includes tools like whiteboarding, screen sharing, and file sharing, making it easier to work together in real-time.

We were using Polycom group series and poly studio earlier for P2P meetings but after covid scenario totally changed, we are using MS Teams as a main platform for meetings & messaging. Now, the challenge for us to join teams meeting from VC devices. Gradually online meetings count increases. Cisco Room Series helps us to join meetings across different platforms with high quality audio and video. Collaboration tools like whiteboarding during calls. Central management & easy user interface.
Cisco Room Series is easy to use. It has whiteboarding capability online and offline. We can send whiteboard to email for future reference. USB C passthrough functionality is very helpful for external visitors for presentation. High quality camera and Audio for better experience like in same room. We can integrate it with Cisco Call manager and used for P2P calls. WebRTC support for SIP URI dialing and browser access. Overall best product in this segment.

Immersive and productive video conferencing experience. The hardware is easy to set up and use, and provides a seamless, integrated experience for video conferencing, screen sharing, and content sharing. The systems support both wired and wireless connections and are compatible with a variety of collaboration tools and platforms. It is less appropriate where people use this device only for passthrough functionality.
