Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Access by Duo
We use Cisco Secure Access by Duo for being able to track Active Directory Logins. We are able to see when users logged in and from where. We can maintain cyber security compliance, and use this with all of our user accounts.

- The SMS portion goes down often.
- I would move the approve and deny options to ensure it requires different interactions each time.

Cisco Secure Access by Duo is the best and most familiar. Users have no issues using it and it is a breeze to administer as well.
