Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

We use Cisco Webex Room [Series] for all technical issues which need immediate attention. [Cisco] Webex [Room Series] is a universal product used by all customers and companies that we support hence it is a common platform to carry out seamless communication. We once faced a voice-breaking issue in the product where we raised a Cisco TAC case to address the problem the issue was resolved in a day, but it was business-impacting as it was our by default product to be used when there were operations issues.
  • [The] voice quality is good.
  • It works on all vendor devices, like Apple, [and] no external installations are required.
  • It is easy to download and use on the go.
  • Even if the program is not installed, [you] can use it from the browser.
  • [I would like the ability] to mute manually using [a] mouse. The mute button on the headphone does not mute the Webex meeting. The mute/unmute option can be made more user-friendly.
  • [It has] improved business highly as it made meetings seamless.
  • It is [a] very user-friendly interface.
  • It is supported on all devices.
The interface of Cisco Webex [Room Series] is far better than the rest [of the] three mentioned above. The clarity of sound and voice is also good, which makes communication easy and simple. It is a professional product that is widely being used by mostly all the customers supported by my company. It is [a] highly recommended product.
We once faced [an] issue, [but] it was immediately addressed.
The interface is very user-friendly with no distractions or difficulties faced for normal operations.

Cisco Webex [Room Series] is best suited as it is widely used, so everyone knows how to use it [and] it is user-friendly in functionality. It can be used in-app and also from [a] browser. The voice and sound quality [are] really good. There is a beep sound whenever a person joins the meeting so it somehow gives a notification. The noise cancellation is good.
