Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform
We are in the implementation phase for CMiC Field tools. We are replacing ProLog and adding mobile capability with CMiC. CMiC provides integrated project management modules that our current system does not offer. Our next phase is to implement mobile time tracking within CMiC, followed by contract forecasting.
- Subcontract/PO management with Docusign integration
- Submittal/RFI management
- External partner portal for collaborators
- Easy to use mobile tools
- Forms/checklists feature unused because lacking basic functions
- Submittal/RFI reviewer table as taken time to understand to fit our current processes
- Some fields are hard coded which require UDF workaround
- Mobile tools are easy to use
- User training intuitive
- We are in the implementation phase so ROI impact unavailable at the moment
