Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
All users had different signatures despite the CI policy. Changes to the CI or name changes or job descriptions always had to be made manually. This was a lot of work, as the IT department always had to provide support in many cases. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, it is now very easy to manage the signatures - but we have solved this using AD groups. The user only has to be a member of the correct AD group and the correct signature is attached to the email.

- Graphic design is very simple
- A distinction can be made between external and internal signatures
- the editor is sometimes a little difficult to use
- Saving employee hours when changing signatures
- Rapid change (examble: marketing actions) possible
