Overall Satisfaction with Cohesity Helios

Cohesity is being used by our engineers to manage our data and storage. We use Cohesity to separate different clients and to give them storage as a service and backups with this as well. It addresses multiple problems we faced before like management of backups and different kinds of storage. Also it fixes our management skills as a reseller.
  • The support of Cohesity is very good.
  • Cohesity is very good at marketing and has a strong brand.
  • Cohesity has a great insightful, easy-to-learn product.
  • Some security features could be implemented better.
When managing different data stores and clients Cohesity comes in perfectly. It manages all the data from different clients with an insightful dashboard as to were other products are not likely to have this. Also the backups functionality and the different options offered here are great for reselling the storage as an MSP.
