Concur Expense has a much better and intuitive user experience. It's easy to navigate and also easy to create new expenses, which is much better than the competitors we evaluated. SSO setup is easy and certificate management is relatively easy, as is importing new users to the system. Downtime is minimal and Concur provides online updates on those
