Overall Satisfaction with Concur Expense

The whole company uses Concur for bookings (hotel and air), expense reporting, and Concur detect.

  • The Multi Expense items edit is not user-friendly
  • The receipts cannot be attached to individual expense items, just at header level
  • Importing new users is not intuitive
  • PIN sign-in from the app is not secure
  • Concur helps track expenses.

  • Allows us to set approval limits per career level.
Concur Expense has a much better and intuitive user experience. It's easy to navigate and also easy to create new expenses, which is much better than the competitors we evaluated. SSO setup is easy and certificate management is relatively easy, as is importing new users to the system. Downtime is minimal and Concur provides online updates on those
Support tickets are handled per priority. Technical support is handled with three lines of support. If the company has multiple users required to be imported on account of an acquisition, Concur helps with data migrations. Support tickets that need code enhancements are handled on a project basis. Day to day job failure is not handled though and requires customers to activate that.

Keeping tabs on different bookings. Assigning use limits and assigning workflows per user limits work well.
Creating a new expense is relatively easy, so is importing expenses via the app or a US Bank statement. It saves your last updates and it is easy to remove items from expense. It has a subtotaling feature that lets you know when expense items are above the limit.
