Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We are using Concur T&E across the entire organization both locally and in Europe. We are currently integrating into one platform.

Veeva CRM allows the user to assign customers to expenses seamlessly.
The Expense Receipt Photo Tool has saved a lot of time uploading receipts and has also cut down on expenses reported without receipts.
Allowing users to delegate report creation to others has freed up the time of individuals so that they can focus on other important activities rather than the administrative task of completing an expense report. We are able to integrate Concur with various other applications, such as our CRM, which allows our employees to quickly and easily assign attendees at meals to expenses. The import of receipts and other documentation through the app reduces the need for taping and scanning into Concur.
It is well suited in that there are multiple points of access, either on dedicated computers, mobile devices, and Apple/Android devices. We use the information collected in Concur to complete our disclosure reports to CMS. The application provides our employees with a platform to accurately and completely record information related to their interactions with our customers.
