Concur Travel and Expense is used company-wide in North America to track travel and expenses. This creates easy accountability and insight to travel and spending habits by a team or department. It is easy to approve expenses for my team and ensure that we are staying on budget for the year. It has also proven to make booking travel quite easy as well.

I have used in-house expense reporting that was a nightmare. It did not have a mobile app and required images to be uploaded to a PC. Concur avoids all of that is and is easy to use and makes employees in charge of their own expenses and when they get reimbursed.
I am not aware of what ERP or other software has been integrated with our version of Concur. I can only speak from the viewpoint of a manager who has to handle expenses for a team that is all out in the field. Concur makes this easy and highly trackable with its categories and parameters for travel in place.
Concur Travel and Expense has helped my company adapt, especially during this pandemic. I am able to closely monitor my team and their spending, and also ensure that no travel is taking place.
