Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I use Concur for expense reports when I'm traveling for work. I also support several users when they are on the road or on vacation and unable to update their reports. The platform doesn't address any more issues than any other expense software in my opinion.
- Easy to upload receipts.
- Easy to collaborate with other users.
- It is nearly impossible to get to the actual expenses.
- Very difficult to allocate expenses.
- Faster reimbursement process - positive.
- Too much time spent trying to allocate - negative.
- Too many clicks to add expenses to a report - negative.
I was not the person who selected Concur, so I can't answer this.
I don't know of any; we've used Concur since I've been with the company.
I don't consider this platform innovative at all.
There have been no significant benefits that I've noticed. It's just another program to use.
