Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We implemented it more than five years back. It's an excellent product. Easy to integrate with the sap finance module. Support for this application is excellent. I recommend this product to my friends.
- recently I book the flight ticket from concur. travel return plan changed in last minute.
- concur team supported well to alternate option and resolved my issue.
- expenses creation time, some of the options difficult search or enter to complete transaction. need to find right information to complete the transaction.
- Very positive . Concur travel and expenses is to use, and reimbursement process is excellent.
Initially, we used for north America. Then we extended to functionality of all our other companies.
