Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to generate templated responses from Salesforce. The product allows us to store our data in SF and export it in a usable format for sharing with our clients (who are not SF users within our org). We use this tool for both sales and operations to share documents with our clients.

  • Reduced errors in documents
It is very easy to use once set up. However, setup is challening, and it can be difficult to troubleshoot when something is not working as intended.
Conga Composer makes it very easy for use to get data from SF to external partners and reduces the risk of human error. It is a huge time-saver and reduces manual processes.

Conga works great for us as a way to create templates and have them populate with data stored within SF. We use it for booking agreements as well as client summaries. This helps us stay on the same page as our clients while also maintaining their pertinent data with SF.
