Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to manage our quoting, estimating, and procurement documentation. It enables us to create standardized processes in these areas and improve branding, continuity, and information retention. In addition to all that, it also creates efficiencies within our Salesforce platform reducing data entry for users and creating a seamless experience for our sales and operations teams.

The document generation process is extremely easy for end users when developed right. The difficulty in the experience is from the technical side and the user interfaces used to develop the templates for users. Currently, there is no easy way to pull fields for these templates and to tool to test out these templates.
It creates a standard process for most users and helps with the overall uniformity of the workflow.
