Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to facilitate document creation and automation with our Customer Relationship Management. It is an integrated application with our CRM that handles generation of proposals, contracts and other form of document that pulls data from the CRM.

As good as it is now, Conga still needs continuous improvement in terms of helping new users specifically. Finding answers quickly will be a big plus for new users adopting Conga as their automation tool.
Conga has changed and improved the way we generate documents. We only need to enter the information once and we can use this information in so many ways. Conga helped us eliminate errors caused by manually entering data.

I don't have scenario where I can say that Conga can't be utilized. In fact, I am really a fan of Conga that even I experienced difficulty in finding answers to my questions, it is still part of my application list. Conga is very versatile when it comes to document generation. If you have the data in your CRM, you can be sure that you can automate documents that will definitely save you a lot of time.
