Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

I recommend Constant Contact to small business clients who need bulk email capabilities, but are not ready for a full CRM implementation.

Pros

  • Helps small businesses keep in touch with customers and prospects with an easy to use interface.
  • Integration of forms on client websites enable lead generation and fulfillment.

Cons

  • My customers are generally satisfied.
  • Good deliverability rates (versus company mail servers) is the number one benefit.
Constant Contact shines compared to CreateSend, which limits content in header and footer areas.
Constant Contact is ideal for small business customers who are beginning to formalize sales and marketing processes, but are not yet ready to leap to integrated CRMs.
