Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We currently use Cvent [Event Management] to manage our annual leadership conference. With the utilization of the web build, complex registration paths, spaces for meeting space layout and crowdcompass for onsite website, agenda, and travel info access.

  • The reporting function is everything a planners needs to stay on track and on budget
  • I've been using Cvent [Event Management] for 8 years now and have seen the growth. They have maneuvered themselves to every area of meeting planning, which allows them to corner every market and provide the customer with at hand information. If there are areas needed for improvement they currently do not concern me or my company.
  • Complex Registration Paths - we offer so many options to various clients and the ability to build out those difference then bring them all back into one system is everything to a meeting planner.
  • CrowdCompass as allowed our company to save hundreds of dollars on paper printing and supplies; as well as, save on time preparing those items.
  • The reporting function allows us to interact with our accounting department in real time.
  • Reduce Cost and man hours - Flex is a time saver, CrowdCompass is a money saver
We looked everywhere and met with multiple companies prior to signing with Cvent [Event Management]. We saw the potential and knew the decision to select Cvent [Event Management] would be the right one and since then we have been right.
