Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent Event Management for 20+ events per year. We use it for both virtual and in-person events. We manage e-mails, registration, payments, refunds, post-event surveys, reporting after an event and we use features for badge printing during an event. We also track attendance and issue CPE certificates after the event based on attendance throughout the event.

We have been using Cvent for roughly a decade and have all our needs met by the platform event management function. We find the new feature enhancements, updated UI, and website features meet the mark for how we conduct events. We have added services offered by Cvent (e.g. Zoom integration), but have not ever felt the need to look for alternative event management platforms.
