Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Surveys

Our company uses Cvent Surveys to gather information from our attendees for breakout sessions in order to give feedback to the speakers and make sure the information we are teaching is relevant. Before Cvent Surveys, we had to manually gather what people wrote and input it in an excel document. Now, all I have to do is select which survey I want and it organizes it in a document perfectly. It’s very convenient and saves me and my team a lot of time on prepping surveys for our marketing team.
  • Organizes feedback into 1 document.
  • Allows different surveys to be pulled, such as main session surveys and breakout session surveys.
  • Gives additional data, such as graphs on attendance per session.
  • It was a little tough to find the correct survey report to print. Maybe make them a sub category at the top that has the breakdown for each type of survey.
  • Having the option to automatically pop up surveys after a session, but also allow people to click into too.
  • Giving incentives to filling out surveys. Feedback is key to have.
  • Significant increase in attendee survey completion.
  • Increase in general survey completion.
  • Decrease time to pull surveys and send out so I can have more time in my day.

The product is easy to setup and use! It allows attendees to fill out their surveys as soon as the session is completed, which gives us instant feedback. The reports are east to pull and I can send our reports out within minutes versus hours of manual input. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for feedback after an event.
I have not needed to contact support before for this feature in Cvent. The support team for other features have been great though, so I will provide an answer for that. Cvent is on point with their customer care. They’re prompt and make sure the issue is fixed. They will also follow up with you to make sure everything is still working smoothly or if any additional help is needed.
Our company needs surveys to give feedback to our speakers. Cvent Surveys allows attendees to give honest and accurate feedback on the spot after a session ends. It is easier to collect the data, send it to our marketing team, and have them send the feedback to each speaker so they know their strengths but also what needs to be worked on.
