Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
We are currently using D&B Connect for account level information to integrate to our customer database to populate firmographics. We found that other companies information was less trustworthy than Dunn and Bradstreet and decided to segregate the data between two sources: Firmographics and Demographics. D&B Connect was used as Firmographics as we found their information the most accurate.

- They provided access to their extensive database allowing our teams to segregate customer accounts

D&B Connect does a better job at account information and provided more information about an account than Zoominfo did. We compared datasets between the two companies for a subset of our customers and D&B Connect had more accurate information about accounts than Zoominfo but did provide less accurate information on contact information.
