We use D&B Finance Analytics to determine which customers of ours are creditworthy as well as monitor customers with terms to ensure we have them at the correct terms and credit limits as we work with them throughout the years.

Direct connection between Trade Partner Program and Finance Analytics as opposed to having them as separate Portals.

Implementation and Deployment

I was not a part of the implementation and deployment process of Finance Analytics, but from what my colleagues have told me, it was very easy, and D&B did the heavy lifting for us.

The biggest reason is their customer service. We have a direct managing partner at D&B that assists us with navigating the platform and any questions we have along the way. She is extremely proactive and also lets us know of any changes coming or updates that could benefit us. Even if she doesn't have the answer, she is resourceful and has a team of folks that are quick to help us too. Such a blessing!
