Mostly attendance and leave management. Updating attendance and applying/tracking leaves have become a lot simpler.

Easy to use and navigate.
Simple and intuitive interface.
Covers all HR needs in one software.

While the desktop version looks great, the mobile app needs a lot of improvement in terms of speed and UI design.
The payroll modules also need some work.

Return on Investment

The ability to view the organization structure and functional structure for the entire company.
One-stop solution for talent acquisition, payroll, leaves, reimbursements, attendance (time-sheet), holidays, etc. So I don't have to open a lot of different apps.
