Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

Absolutely useless customer service and support in my experience. I've spent months trying to get money they automatically billed without authorisation because they take weeks to respond to emails. Then when I finally got to support I was told it was too late to request a refund even though I have evidence that I have been emailing them since September 2023 and it's now January 2024. I'd sooner recommend a string and 2 tin cans than this company.

Based on my experience I don't think that dial pad is appropriate for anyone. The realities that you always need to contact someone at some point and when you do there is no one there to help you. You will spend weeks or even months wanting for help. As far as I can tell the only phone number that they actually answer is the one to sell you this and as soon as they know that you have signed up for it you don't even seem to get through on that number.
