Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

I originally began using Dialpad Talk as a personal VOIP solution back in 2016. It was phenomenally reliable and easy to use. Price was unbeatable. Fast forward to the pandemic, I jumped jobs. The company I went to work for was actively trying to find a phone solution. I suggested Dialpad Talk and ever since things have been flawless. Dialpad Talk allows easy management and flawless integration of their phone service across a plethora of devices. Whether it be a traditional desk phone, a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.. our users can use whatever they want, or all of it. We wanted our users to be able to work from home while having all the benefits from working from home - flexibility. Dialpad Talk encourages this and supports it at every turn. That's not all though - we were easily able to fully integrate Dialpad Talk into our CRM platform. Executive management swears that Dialpad Talk was single handedly the greatest decision made at the company since the pandemic hit.

  • Incident response was a little slow in the beginning; however, we have not had any issues in the last two years.

Honestly, this came down to two things: Voice to Text transcripts and customer service. I will never use RingCentral MVP due to their TERRIBLE customer service. I tried them out, and during the trial they failed to ever resolve 90% of the issues facing our organization. Dialpad Talk was the complete opposite experience. Their support system is phenomenal. Solved all issues within minutes. On top of all that - Dialpad Talk does Voice to Text transcripts for all calls. Our users no longer takes notes during calls - Dialpad Talk does it for them. That is game changing.

Any business looking to take their phone systems to the next level should be looking at DialPad Talk. They are consistently updating the platform to become better and better. Additionally, anyone looking to perform data driven insights off of their phone systems, DialPad Talk makes it incredibly easy. Customer support is always available. I can't say the same about the competition.
