Overall Satisfaction with DidTheyReadIt
Was previously used to track email sending and receiving. Bit of a nuisance having to manually add email addresses to the 'to:' section
- Tracks opens well
- Timely
- Accurate
- Not the best looking UI
- Looks old
- Manual process where many competitors do this automatically.
- Allowed me to know if emails were being received.
- Allowed me to know if email addresses were valid.
- Forced me to CC their program on every email I wanted tracked.
- Prevented the receiver of the email from knowing the email was being tracked.
