It is used throughout the organization. Its main business problems that is addresses is sales analysis and expense reporting.

- Users can dive into details and answer their own + follow up questions.
- Very responsive - no system response issues.
- Some screens are not adjustable for sizing.
- Better capability to import from a spreadsheet.
- Increased efficiency - very positive.
- Sales Reporting is Interactive and Light Years ahead of previous solution.
Dimensional Insight is a lot easier to design and use. User interface is much more intuitive.
