We are having a community of more than 3000 on Discord where we have different channels for different topics or tech .We have different bots to automate every thing.For a community to serve the members is the big priority so it is serving that for us ,as the community helps to grow our business.
- We have implemented different roles to everyone so they can access that part only
- We have used bots to automate things like greeting of every new member.
- Different channel feature of Discord is really helping a lot to us
- It has server limit on free version which could be increased
- It has many spammy links so their should be some protocol for it
- Some more free themes could be provided
- Different tech channels management
- Giving roles to all the users
- We can send any sort of content like files or urls
- It has many positive impact due to it our community has become larger
- Social reach of ours is increased
- We got many more clients from Discord
