Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI

I have been using Dooly.AI at two employers over the past few years. I love it so much! Dooly helps me stay organized and update multiple Salesforce fields at once. Dooly is crucial to my success and my organization. I love being able to see all my deals at a high-level overview, and immediately update my next steps and modify close dates in one place. In my former workplace, we had many dependent fields within Salesforce, and in order to close out an opp, you needed to remember about 16 different fields to fill out. I used Dooly templates to make this process extremely easy and much faster than messing up, having to restart, and spending time waiting for the Salesforce page to reload. I am SO appreciative of Dooly and owe my success to them!

I like Dooly better than Clari. Clari was slower to update, although it does have a forecasting component. For my personal use case though, I love Dooly because I'm not using it for forecasting in my current role.

Dooly is well suited for anyone that uses Salesforce to edit fields on an account or opportunity. Especially in organizations that have a complex use of Salesforce with many dependent fields, Dooly is especially helpful. If your role does not involve Salesforce, or focuses more on producing reports within Salesforce, you likely would not value from Dooly compared to someone editing fields all day.
