Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is important for me to have access to my files everywhere, to share information anywhere, organized files anywhere and update them anywhere. This has been a positive experience for me to have dropbox and it is why I still use today. I had updated 3 years ago because my private practice was growing and has been helpful.

Pros and Cons

moving files in dropbox easier

accessing the same files on different devices has been a challenge to navigate.

Google Drive

Google Drive is good for some things and dropbox is different. I feel more comfortable with privacy to have things on dropbox.

Running a private practice is important to have access to files daily and also monitoring business and personal files as well. Great for photos, fliers, EHR, assessment, large files, small files and the space those files are endless. I am using this for everything to make it simply. I use it more than I use Google Drive. Shhhh don't tell google.
