Overall Satisfaction with EverString
It's being used by the sales department to enrich our account data in Salesforce.
- It's better than not having ES, but really it's not that great.
- Ensures every account/field is filled out, making it possible to run reports and organize my accounts.
- It shows me keywords that prospects are searching, but I've never found it to be accurate.
- Accuracy
- It could be better integrated into Salesforce. Not sure if this is on EverString, or the way it was been implemented at my company, though. Currently I need to manually create contacts it shows me, instead of being able to have ES create them.
Very easy to learn to use

It is way better than my alternative of not having the data enriched at all, but it does a very mediocre job at enriching. Lots of incorrect data.
