Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Eblasts and PR to keep members informed and active. I found it was easy to create content and use other content from outside sources. I was able to import images and text for a professional eblast. EveryAction saves time and time of course is money. The templates aid in content creation.

No, very easy to implement. The learning curve is was the best part. I was able to jump and work without much instruction. But when I needed some the the online tech support was fast, friendly and professional. I request for help was answered within hours, and the problem was solved without a lot of back and forth.
Never had a problem is errors.There were no errors or issues, the program ran perfectly. The content was sent out on time, without errors. There were no outages that I can recall, it worked every time. I never noticed anything not working or working slowly. It's a very easy program to use and make good use of.
Yes it has, it works. We can send out more blasts, more quickly and have time to create better content. Learning curve is very short so most computer savvy people can be up to speed in hours and not weeks. The interface is well designed and makes using it very easy.

Very well, I only used Constant Contact and Mailchimp. I had a few clients that used these programs for marketing products and services. Most of these clients only needed 2000 - 10000 emails sent everyweek. The templates they provided were good, but not always what was need. The tech support was not very good.
Keeping people informed and providing content quickly. The templates help to streamline the creation process. I didn't have to recreate the wheel and redesign outgoing content. I was able to focus on making great content and making it quickly. The interface is very easy to learn and understand. Almost everything is user friendly.
