Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
I make email signatures for the company. I have to make quite a few as there's a lot of brands. There's some good features that make it all pretty slick. It helps give people contact details in an easy way, and gives me, the designer, the ability to create it in a way that looks good.
- Using the time ranges to swap signatures seamlessly
- Keeping signatures organised
- Applying rules to different signatures
- The UI I don't think is particularly slick when building signatures. It could definitely be more smooth and generally look better.
- Examples and templates could be really helpful. Starting from scratch can make it a tedious process.
- Grouping and navigation around the groups of signatures could be easier, as well as load times.
- Increased brand trust
- Able to laud our achievements
- Making use of an extra marketing channel
By centralising the process it's simplified our process for sure which saves a lot of time. I would like to make better use of all the opportunities the platform offers. Clients who report issues are able to have their issues resolved in a fairly short turn around time because of how compatible it is. There's rarely occasions that their are unfixable issues with the signatures.
I don't work directly with the data, but as I don't have to work with the data I can only imagine that it's very secure. There's never been any breaches, but just by getting in contact with the right people I can access the data necessary and make any amends I need to.
