Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Text messages will go out to real estate agents and/or company staff for business-related communications. The best reason for texting is the open rate. Realtors many times get bogged down with email and don't always see the email from the broker's main office. By sending text messages we've confirmed that agents see the messages that are pertinent to them.
  • Easy to add people to your texting account.
  • Easy to create texting "groups."
  • Based on the usage requirements I have, I have not experienced deficiencies with EZ Texting.
  • Number 1 = the recipients look/read the text because they don't get lost in their email.
  • Recipients are aware of the information intended for their benefit.
From the time the decision was made to use EX Texting, I was able to understand the system, import recipient contact information, create unique texting groups, and send text messages, all within a few hours.
Because the system is easy to learn, use, and teach. The benefit is being confident about a platform that allows for simple and quick communication of pertinent information.
Though I've not had many reasons to utilize the support group, they have always been professional and clear when dealing with my problems/questions.
I have not sent picture messages.
I do not use keywords at this time.
Based on my research, the only texting company I've used is EZ Texting.
Fairly simple to learn the system and navigate through the areas that are used to create texting accounts, reviewing delivery and rejection statistics, scheduling messages for the future, and creating, modifying and sending messages.
