Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We are a chiropractic office and use EZ Texting to communicate with our patients about their upcoming appointments and rescheduling and/or a change in office procedures. It has been very helpful and decreased our missed appointments, and we find it interesting that people would rather text before calling. Overall it has been very helpful to our office.

Pros

  • Reaches our patients more quickly than a phone call.
  • Most patients prefer texting over calling.

Cons

  • Wish it had a longer first name space as sometimes the contact number is more than one person.
  • It constantly pops up with a popup that blocks me when I'm making a text about buying a more advanced version. Quite irritating when I'm trying to text.
  • We have 80% less missed appointments by making texting available.
Up and running within 24 hours.
Easy to navigate, basically plug and text.
We had an issue early on and the support team really didn't take much of an interest when what they said didn't work.

Chose EZ texting because of price and user friendliness.
Great to give a platform for clients to contact us without using the phone. People are more likely to text than to call so this has helped us a lot.
