Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I needed a way to send text messages to those participating in our annual event. This allowed me to send group and single messages, some with custom data based on the recipient (i.e., name, etc.). I could originally view reports on deliverability, and see what I had sent in the past.

The platform is easy to navigate and understand.
While Twilio requires the organization to have some programming knowledge, it is much less expensive per message.

EZ Texting started out great, but the most recent updates to their system removed the pay-as-you-go option (we are a yearly program, I don't need a monthly subscription!). So now with the new basic monthly package, you cannot see your previously sent messages. I can only still upload 10 characters of data per field (so if you want to store first names, "Christopher" becomes "Christophe" -- makes me look stupid when sending messages.) With the basic package, I have now lost access to the API (which is why I have switched to a less expensive competitor).
