Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales
We have two use cases for Freshsales - we use it as a straightforward CRM for our sales team to manage our relationships with clients, and we also use the system as a way of maintaining our users. Our directors, sales team, telemarketers, and marketing teams all use Freshsales daily.
Pros
- Separate leads from contacts - this ensures you build good pipelines.
- Allows you to email marketing campaigns so you can do everything through one system.
Cons
- The email limit is small - only 500 per user. This makes it challenging to run big campaigns.
- It brings into the CRM any contact that is emailing your email address that is linked to the account.
- Freshsales is cheaper and so much better than Salesforce and other CRM systems we have used.
- It has allowed us to monitor output and, therefore, train staff in areas they have needed.
Freshsales is more cost-effective and easier to navigate than Salesforce. It also doesn’t punish you for growing from a startup to SME (Salesforce prices quadruple when you go into the next bracket of users). On top of this, the support from Freshsales is brilliant, and you can speak to someone on the phone at any time!
