Overall Satisfaction with Go1
Go1 provides Wave with content that supports both hard and power skills. The content can be accessed by any of our colleagues 24/7 and the app helps with that. The content that we can get from Go1 also provides additional support materials and resources for other learning that we are rolling out. Go1 also integrates well with our LMS and our HR system, ensuring that we have all our people 'stuff' in one place.

I have used and tested all of the above in a past life and as part of the review. All of them have really strong products but for Wave, Go1 provided a different approach. The company matches our values, and the content is relevant and of good quality (not saying that the others do not have this) it allows curation and is super easy to access. Implementation was simple and well-supported and the Go1 team is always there when we need them and we view them as part of our L&D team.
