Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io is being used by the sales organization. It helps us to identify resources needed, pain points from our customers, and opportunities to identify skill gaps. Most recently it has helped us measure strategic initiatives effectiveness in the sales cycle.

Gong.io is well suited if your organization has a long deal cycle with complex integrations and use cases. It may be less appropriate for more transactional sales, but I think there are still some benefits simply based on the ability to hear actual needs and context from customers.
