Overall Satisfaction with Google Ad Manager

We use Google Ad Manager to help boost our search potential on Google and its affiliated sites. It's used primarily by the executive director and Marketing Branch of our Board of Directors in gauging how our Google searchability is tracking alongside our Google Ads and addresses the issue of making sure we are being seen.
  • Google Ad Manager is great at having a snapshot of where you stand.
  • It's easy to make multiple ad postings.
  • Google is the most-used search engine so it's useful to engage your community.
  • Google Ad Manager has absolutely abysmal customer service. It's non-existent.
  • If you run into an issue there is no way to get assistance.
  • The layout is occasionally clumsy to navigate.
  • Positively, Google Ad Manager has made it easier for us to be found on Google.
  • The nonprofit ad partnership offers a great discount for nonprofit organizations, which we can always use.
  • I've spent hours trying to log in.
I selected Google Ad Manager because it's a more widely used search engine and I wanted to maximize our efforts and spending, as a small nonprofit with a limited budget. I think Yahoo! Advertising is good because it's independent, as in not linked to all of your Google Cloud products, but I also think that's a negative as you can't effectively track your efforts as easily.
Google Ad Manager is great for managing your Google account if you can get into it. Since we are a nonprofit, there are some great incentives and credits possible, but it's locked up like Fort Knox. There are many steps of authentication, and if, like us, you have had multiple people associated with the account, forget it.
