Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
We are using Google on a daily basis day to day life for creating and managing spreadsheets for creating PRD and SRS documents and many more. This is primarily used and we can share all the documents with any mode to another user like read, write, or comment so that according to this we can take the action on it.
- Sharing of any document with privilege
- Inline comment section
- Spreadsheet with multiple sheet
- We can set the priority on document
- As according to my use case it is fulfilling all my requirement so i don't have as such requirement which is not implemented here.
- Access controlled over the file
- Collaboratively team can work on particular document
- We can check revision history
- Reducing the time which is most important factor while working on any project related document
- Useful in creating product requirement document and SRS document
Once I tried Dropbox when I need to share some images the UI was not intuitive and there were limited space for free user. I switched to using Google Drive as device syncing feature is the best feature of the drive using this we can upload any file from any device and this will be synced automatically to a respected account on all devices.
