Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts

Google hangouts is being used by our sales and office teams. Using google hangouts has made work easier for communications reasons, instead of always texting or calling the other person, therefore freeing time from the phone.
  • Making communication easier within our company.
  • Freeing time from texting, to typing and not using the phone as much as we were.
  • Icons within the hangouts could be more business related.
  • Google hangouts have had a positive impact on our business and we are able to respond without having to use email/text/phone and it is quick and easy.
This is the first messaging application we have used in our business.
Hangouts work great, for teams that are not in the same office. I enjoy having hangouts on my desktop and laptop and phone. If I am away from my desk or office, I can still reply to my coworkers on my phone.
