Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is being used by our support team to assist our clients with any problems they may come across problems while using our software. We also use GoToWebinar to give live demos of our software.
- Email invitations are a big plus
- Low resource usage
- Simplicity for the users and client end.
- Security
- Speed of transferring files
- Ability to reboot and log back in
- Limited amount of users to be allowed to join webinars.
- Faster Lead Conversion.
- Better customer service.
Cost is more when you use GoToMeeting compared to ScreenConnect but with that you do gain easier setup and a few more features. The integration of both are very easy to use and the customization of both are equivalent as well.
