Overall Satisfaction with GridBuddy

GB is currently being used in one department that is a breakoff position of our sales team. It is used for verification of sales. We use it for verifying Opportunities but we also pull in contacts, accounts and activity into our grids.
  • User friendly.
  • Pull multiple objects into one grid.
  • Layouts are seamless to work through.
  • Pulling unrelated objects has been a slight issue.
  • Related to fields are not as easy to lookup as Salesforce.
  • Cuts job time in half.
  • Increase in productivity and satisfaction of our team.
This is the 1st inline editing product we have tested. The only reason we would ever go with another product is the price.
Working on data only, it is perfect and compact. It gets rid of unnecessary clutter. If you use click to dial, it is not yet supported so unfortunately not suitable for a call center.
