Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We use HiBob to give us a global outlook on our people workforce. It helps us align as a team on global department goals and creates an opportunity for all of us to connect. The ability to have visibility into our entire workforce has helped us move forward financially and strategically.

HiBob has been really great at keeping our global team (including consultants and contract workers) in one place. It has helped facilitate and streamline our global onboarding and offboarding procedures, and even helped us have more visibility into our team. We previous were on spreadsheets and manual entry to our payroll providers.
