Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

Hibob is our HRIS tool which we use for storing employee data, employee documents, booking and tracking leave, performance and probation reviews, and compensation reviews. As an HR administrator, I use Hibob mainly for the reporting function. The reports are completely customisable and the scheduling feature allows me to distribute many reports on a weekly or monthly basis across the company. We also view KPIs in an easy-to-understand way that helps our managers, HR, and Finance team make important decisions.

  • Hibob has allowed us to effectively budget our headcount plan for 2022/2023
  • We have completely revised our probation management through the talent section in Hibob. We then linked this to the task lists and e-sign feature. All these features come together to make a great user experience.
  • We have created a great new employee experience through the new hire flows. We collect the data we want into the tool, and new starters get a great introduction to the company.
  • Breathe
We quickly outgrew our old HRIS, Breathe. Hibob was scalable, whereas we had reached user capacity with Breathe. We couldn't customise employee fields, permissions, or reports which made things like payroll and integration very challenging. All of these issues were resolved when we joined Bob. We could customise fields based on categories like a job site or department, so reporting became extremely easy. Furthermore, we can schedule reports to be automatically sent out to users, which was never a feature on Breathe. Things like performance and talent management, time and attendance, compensation reviews, task lists, and new hire flows were all features that we hadn't known we needed until we joined Hibob. They have become invaluable to our progression as an HR team and company.

Hibob is well suited for customisability and flexibility. We were able to adapt the system to how we work as an HR team and as a company. We can add an unlimited amount of custom fields into employee profiles that allow us to integrate with other systems effectively and to run the best reports for us. The option to filter and add certain fields for only certain sites or departments has been extremely useful.
