Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
We use most of what it has to offer. GoHire for onboarding, interviewing, recruiting, etc., and we also use it for all scheduling and labor management. We also use the messaging feature quite a bit. All of our employees are reimbursed for the cost of the app as well so we know they use it. Main problem it addresses is making sure the building is staffed properly. We use the forecasting and projections a lot which really helps us manage our labor.

- I also like how easy a manager can manage shift changes and see staffing levels at any time anywhere.
- The templates are a great help as well.
- The assessments on gohire could be a bit more efficient, they take a long time.
- Would like to have the onboarding be a little easier.
- The lack of training received when signing up, constant follow up with new products.

I kept a good line of communication with a few HotSchedules employees and they have been very helpful whether over the phone, email, or even at a restaurant show in Chicago. When getting into forecasting and projections we got some good help from support. Otherwise we haven't had too many issues
