Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Almost the entire company uses HubSpot for sales, email marketing, and content for both blogs and social media posts.

Pros

  • It has everything we need to execute the buyer's journey from awareness to decision and beyond.
  • It makes writing, editing, and monitoring blog posts very simple and user friendly.
  • You can filter and view all email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and any tasks on the content calendar.
  • You can schedule and post to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+ very easily. You can attach a photo to the post on all networks except LinkedIn.

Cons

  • Social Media posts can be scheduled out, but you can not save a post as a draft. I'd like to save social media posts for review without having to worry about it posting before I or a coworker can review it.
  • When sharing a link to post on a social media network, it's a little annoying that it automatically pulls any photos from the link. When the post goes up it looks like I downloaded the photos from the link and uploaded them to my post.
  • Increased efficiency in sales and content publishing.
  • A more organized and efficient CRM.
  • A well-organized web interface to access and schedule from anywhere.
HubSpot a great product with great support and it's always growing to stay up to date with what is going on in marketing and sales.
HubSpot is suitable when you need to have sales and marketing integrated or just [to be] aware of what each department is doing.
