Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM has been an amazing tool for our team. It has been a great way to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales additionally. All information is there in the tool and any updates or developments are transparent so that there is always fluid conversation. Sales team uses it traditionally too to record calls, archive notes and email leads.

There is honestly not a large difference between the tools. The biggest competitive advantage is that the HubSpot CRM is user friendly and integrated with HubSpot. So if you have HubSpot CMS, then you should transfer your CRM duties to the HubSpot CRM.
Do you want a product that is smart? Hubspot CRM is new and it gets the internet. Pretty much the same way that inbound marketing got the internet. It you want to use a CRM that is smart, streamlined and integrated then it'll work for you.
