Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use the Hubspot CRM to maintain and develop relationships with current and potential donors. Since we also use Salesforce, we mostly use the Hubspot CRM when we need the tight integration with marketing. Also, we enjoy the relationship between Sidekick and Hubspot CRM. Most of our use is to track conversations with customers and make sure they are enrolled in the correct marketing automations and segments.
  • Provides actionable information that can be taken in at a glance.
  • All the fields you see are customizable to fit your needs.
  • You can make calls or emails from inside the app. Everything is recorded in the contact record.
  • Templates are functional and easy-to-use and customize.
  • The prospecting tool is amazingly powerful.
  • Reporting... there's an add-on but it is pretty expensive.
  • Not as customizable as other CRM's.
  • More control with user roles.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
This CRM is not for everyone. If you need a lot of flexibility and customization, you might need another solution. A lot of businesses have more complex CRMs but don't use all the functionality. They could benefit from a more straightforward and simple CRM like Hubspot's. What it does, it does well. It's incredibly user friendly. If you have a hard time getting your sales people to enter info into the CRM, this is a CRM that you need.
