Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the Hubspot CRM to maintain and develop relationships with current and potential donors. Since we also use Salesforce, we mostly use the Hubspot CRM when we need the tight integration with marketing. Also, we enjoy the relationship between Sidekick and Hubspot CRM. Most of our use is to track conversations with customers and make sure they are enrolled in the correct marketing automations and segments.
