Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for our sales company CRM, as well as for our marketing efforts (posting on social media accounts and tracking growth).

HubSpot CRM is unique in that after a quick demo, our sales reps are ready to go and start tracking information on leads and prospective leads.

The only reason I'm docking from 10 to 9 rating is that our sales team is 100% remote and actively uses the mobile app. The capabilities and tracking on the mobile app are not as good as the web version.

Overall, Hubspot's simplicity is the biggest perk for me and my team. The learning curve is quick and the platform is customizable to what we need.
