Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for everything. One of the key solutions it provides us is the ability to log all correspondence with clients. For a financial advisor, this is crucial and is otherwise very time-consuming. With HubSpot, we can see a record of all emails sent and received with a client, log meetings and phone calls with them, and keep notes on their files.

  • More functionality with workflows
  • The ability to pair 2 contacts together
  • A "today's date" property would be helpful for workflows
  • Decreased admin costs due to automation with workflows
  • Decreased marketing costs
  • Increased revenue due to better marketing and case management

It's well suited for daily reminders to do tasks, as well as longer projects that move through a "deal pipeline," as well as continuous correspondence with clients. It's not well suited to be used as a database that stores a large amount of data - it's more of a CRM and sales tool.
