Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for everything. One of the key solutions it provides us is the ability to log all correspondence with clients. For a financial advisor, this is crucial and is otherwise very time-consuming. With HubSpot, we can see a record of all emails sent and received with a client, log meetings and phone calls with them, and keep notes on their files.

- More functionality with workflows
- The ability to pair 2 contacts together
- A "today's date" property would be helpful for workflows
- Decreased admin costs due to automation with workflows
- Decreased marketing costs
- Increased revenue due to better marketing and case management
